- A paying-in-slip for the Rs.1200.00 fee drawn in favor of the Bursar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. This fee should be paid to account No.227100140000024 of People’s Bank, Chenkalady, at any branch of People’s Bank.
- A self-addressed envelope (10 ½ x 22 ½ cm in size) affixed with a stamp valued at Rs.50.00. This envelope will be used to mail the admission card to eligible candidates.

Ensure that your duly filled-out application forms reach the Assistant Registrar, Office of the Registrar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Vantharumoolai, Chenkalady, by registered post on or before the 20th of September 2023.
Labeling Your Envelope
On the upper left-hand corner of your registered post envelope, prominently display the serial number from your downloaded application form, followed by "Aptitude Test- 2022/2023 (BA Honours in Translation Studies Degree Programme)."
