How to Apply
Only online applications should be submitted through the IHRA website, www.ihra.cmb.ac.lk.
Please make sure that you have paid the application fee of LKR 1000 (non-refundable) using one of the following attached before submitting the application.
i. Download the voucher, and make the payment at any Peoples Bank branch.
ii. ATMs can be used to make payments.
iii. Online transfers can be used to make payments.
In the appropriate section of the application, affix a copy of the bank payment slip, ATM receipt, or email confirming the online transfer. Please save a copy of the application for your records after it has been submitted.
