Entry Requirements For Master of Human Resource Management 2023 @ Colombo University
Any of the following requirements is met:
Bachelor's (Honors) degree in any subject of study plus one year of managerial or equivalent work experience
OR a bachelor's degree in any subject of study combined with two years of managerial or equivalent work experience
OR a postgraduate degree and three (03) years of managerial or equivalent work experience
OR One of the following professional qualifications with two (02) years of managerial or equivalent job experience
i. Attorney at Law
ii. Member of the Sri Lankan Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA).
iii A Chartered Institute of Management Accountants member (ACMA).
iv. Associate Certified Chartered Accountant member (ACCA).
v. A Chartered Institute of Marketing member (UK).
vi. A Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing member
vii. Certified Management Accountants member (CMA).
(viii) Associate Member of the Sri Lankan Institute of Personal Management (AMIPMSL).
OR Two (02) years of managerial or equivalent job experience with one of the following qualifications.
A National Advanced Diploma in Technology.
ii Technical College Accounting Diploma.
iii. Technical colleges that offer a commerce degree.
Fourth-year National Diploma in Technology (NDT).
SLIATE offers Higher National Diplomas.
national diploma in engineering science vi (NDES).
AND has shown proficiency in the program-related sector AND shows promise for future career advancement; AND has a strong command of the English language.
