National Authority for the Protection of Victims and Witnesses of
Crime, established to execute Act No 10 of 2023, is seeking qualified
candidates to fill the following positions:
01. Translator (English/Sinhala) MA 4
Qualifications and Experience:
External Applicants:
A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission with English as a subject.
A credit pass in Sinhala at the GCE (Ordinary Level) Examination.
Minimum one (01) year experience in translation between English and Sinhala.
Salary Scale:
MA 4: Rs.37,970-10x755-15x930-5x1135-65,145
Age limit:
22 to 45 years.
02. Information Officer MA 4
Qualifications and Experience:
External Applicants:
A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission with Information Technology as a subject.
Internal Applicants:
Same qualifications as external applicants.
Management Assistant with a minimum of eight (08) years satisfactory service in a relevant Non-Technical Service field (MA 01).
Salary Scale:
MA 4: Rs.37,970-10x755-15x930-5x1135-65,145
Age limit:
22 to 45 years. (Not applicable for internal applicants)
03. Management Assistant MA 1-1 (2 positions)
Qualifications and Experience:
External Applicants:
GCE
(Ordinary Level) Examination pass in six (06) subjects in one sitting,
including credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, and English.
GCE (Advanced Level) Examination pass in at least three (03) subjects (excluding general paper).
Salary Scale:
MA 1-1: Rs. 27,910-10x300-7x350-4x495-20x660- Rs.48,540
Age limit:
18 to 45 years. (Not applicable for internal applicants)
Terms and Conditions:
Structured Interview conducted by an appointed panel.
Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka with physical and mental fitness and good moral character.
Government officers should apply through their Heads of Department.
Only applicants meeting basic qualifications will be interviewed.
Attested copies of relevant certificates must accompany applications.
Undue influence or inquiry will lead to rejection.
